Online Wellbeing Workshops - How do they work? 

We will be running the wellbeing workshops online via Zoom, this is a FREE online conference calling app you can use on your phone or computer.

Instructions to join via ZOOM: 

  1. You do not need to sign up but simply click on the link and enter the password to join (password issued upon sign up).
  2. Enter the ID code associated and password with the activity (shown below) 
  3. Click join with Computer Audio (this will test your camera and microphone work) 
  4. If you wish to join without camera or audio please click on the appropriate buttons as you join the call (page will appear once you enter the ID code) 

By joining the activities you will be able to see us, and it enables you to share your camera and audio with us! All you need to do to is click on the links below and access the sessions.

FAQ's

How long is the programme? 

The programme is 6 weeks on the same date and time each week. Each session is 50minutes long. 

How old do you need to be to attend the adult programme? 

You must be at least 18 at the point of starting the programme, identification will be required at week 1 of the programme. 

Will my information be kept confidential? 

Yes, all information discussed in the programme and sessions are confidential and all paperwork is kept in a safe and secure location. We never share your personal business with anyone else, unless there is a recognised danger to yourself or others. At which point, appropriate support organisations may be contacted and you will be notified if this is to happen.

Where will the sessions take place?

We will be hosting all wellbeing workshops online via an online conferencing app called Zoom. You do not need to subscribe or sign up to access the meetings as links and passwords to enter each session will be granted to you following sign up.

Workshop costs are subsidised and supported for members of the community through our fundraising and grant funding.

Disclaimer - Please note, in order for us to run the 6 week programmes we must have a minimum of 5 people attend the group sessions, should 5 people not book onto this date, then the programme start date may and will be changed to a later date.
