Sponsoring a Fish Tank with HugglePets in the Community!
When you sponsor one of our fish tanks you are helping to support the work that the community team provide to those struggling with their mental health in offering our Animal Assisted Therapy Sessions, where people can seek support on topics such as anxiety, depression, health relationships, trauma and suicide awareness.
You are helping children and young people with special educational needs and behaviour disorders to have the opportunity to interact with our animals via our Animal Handling and Welfare Educational Workshops, which in some cases helps them to feel themselves, and happy (no tears policy!).
You are helping those isolated and lonely in society to have the opportunity to join us for our Tea with a Twist Workshops, where we offer members of the community a free cuppa tea and cake while meeting some of our animals. These workshops also lightly cover mental health topics that affect society and families today, i.e Dementia, Hate Crimes and the importance of Wellbeing!

£1500 allows for members of the community to participate in our activities for example:
- 166 isolated people in society can join us for a cuppa and cuddle with our animals
- 12 people can attend 6 sessions of Animal Assisted Therapy to help them with their mental health.
- 113 children with Special Educational Needs can meet our animals in an educational workshop in our new Sensory Activity Centre and Community Aquarium

How does it work?
You can sponsor one of our Community Aquarium Fish Tanks for just £1500, and you will receive a plaque on your chosen Fish Tank, with your logo and contact details! This will remain on the rack of tanks for 12 months, at which point you can chose to support us again for another year if you wish!
Purchase your Fish Tank Sponsorship via our Shop and choose your preferred fish rack tank! We have 18 tanks that we utilise for sponsorship per year!
