Sensory Reptile Room

It provides a place of sanctuary for those who require a quiet and calm environment.
It has been designed to help individuals with sensory disabilities to explore our wonderful rainforest like reptiles, while also being able to navigate themselves around with ease.
The low lighting and colours to induce calmness, helping people to reduce anxiety and nerves.
The low level rainforest sounds add a measure of relaxation
Research shows that looking at nature and animals can help reduce blood pressure, reduces muscle tension and pulse rates in elderly people improving their mental and physical wellbeing.
