Animal Assisted Therapy is a different approach to talking therapies, where we introduce an animal into sessions as part of a mental health care plan.

Animal Assisted Therapy can allow you to have the time and space you need to process your feelings and thoughts, and can help you make sense of your experiences and perhaps, see things from a different perspective. The involvement of animals can also offer that emotional support when dealing with intense emotions. Here at HugglePets in the Community we offer a safe place where you won’t feel judged and you’ll have an opportunity to truly be yourself so you can explore whatever is on your mind.
